It makes sense to store everything that is significant to you on your phone because the majority of us use our phones for several hours each day. Smartphones are a digital reflection of our lives, whether it be all of your images, crucial documents, or essential apps.

Move photos and videos into cloud storage

There are a number of ways to move photos and videos into cloud storage, depending on the specific cloud storage provider you're using and the device you're using to access it. Here are a few examples of how to do this using popular cloud storage providers:

Google Photos:

Open the Google Photos app on your mobile device.

Select the photos and videos that you want to upload.

Tap the "Upload" icon (usually an upward-facing arrow).

The photos and videos will begin uploading to your Google Photos library.

Dropbox:

Install the Dropbox app on your mobile device.

Sign in to your Dropbox account.

Open the Dropbox app and navigate to the "Camera Uploads" folder.

Enable camera uploads by tapping the toggle switch next to "Camera Uploads."

Photos and videos taken on your device will automatically upload to the "Camera Uploads" folder in your Dropbox account.

Apple iCloud:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos.

Turn on iCloud Photos.

Select "Download and Keep Originals" to store your full-resolution photos and videos on your device.

Amazon Photos:

Open the Amazon Photos app on your mobile device.

Sign in to your Amazon account.

Select the photos and videos that you want to upload.

Tap the "Upload" icon (usually an upward-facing arrow).

The photos and videos will begin uploading to your Amazon Photos library.

Depending on your internet connection and the number of files, the upload may take several minutes or several hours. But it will be saved and you could easily download it from there.

Move data to Google Drive

There are a few different ways to move data to Google Drive, depending on the specific device and operating system you're using, as well as the size and type of data you're trying to upload. Here are a few examples:

Uploading Files from a Computer:

Open your web browser and go to drive.google.com.
Sign in to your Google account.
Click the "New" button in the top-left corner of the page.
Select "File upload" or "Folder upload" to select the files or folders that you want to upload.
Select the files or folders that you want to upload, and click the "Open" button.

Uploading Folders from a Computer:

Open your web browser and go to drive.google.com.
Sign in to your Google account.
Click the "New" button in the top-left corner of the page.
Select "Folder upload"
Select the folder that you want to upload, and click the "Open" button.

Uploading Files from a mobile device:

Open the Google Drive app on your mobile device.
Sign in to your Google account, if prompted.
Tap the "+" icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Select "Upload" and then navigate to the files or folders you want to upload.
Select the files or folders you want to upload and tap on “Open”.
Note: You can also use the Backup and sync app, an application for your computer (Mac or Windows) that can backup photos and videos, as well as sync folders from your computer to your Google Drive, allowing you to easily upload files and keep them in sync between your computer and Google Drive.

 Delete WhatsApp media

There are a few different ways to delete media (such as photos and videos) from WhatsApp, depending on whether you want to delete one or multiple files at a time. Here are a few options:

To delete a single photo or video from a WhatsApp chat, open the chat and tap and hold on the media until a menu appears. Then select "Delete" from the menu.

To delete multiple photos or videos from a WhatsApp chat at once, open the chat and tap on the "Media" button that appears at the top of the screen. Then, tap and hold on the first photo or video that you want to delete, and use the checkmarks that appear to select additional files. Once you've selected all of the files that you want to delete, tap the trash can icon at the top of the screen.

To delete all media from a WhatsApp chat, you can either clear the entire chat history or you can use the "Media" option explained in step 2 to select all the media and delete it.

To delete media that was sent to a group, You can delete the media you've sent to a group only if you've been made an admin of that group. To delete the media, open the group chat and tap on the media you want to delete. Then tap the delete icon on the top right corner.

Please note that once media is deleted from WhatsApp, it can not be retrieved.

Delete your downloads

Deleting your downloads can typically be done by navigating to the "Downloads" folder on your device and selecting the files that you want to delete. The location of the Downloads folder may vary depending on your device and operating system, but it is usually located in the root directory of the device's internal storage.

Here are a few examples of how you might delete your downloads on different devices:

On an Android device, you can usually find the Downloads folder by opening the "My Files" or "File Manager" app and navigating to the "Downloads" folder. From there, you can select and delete individual files or entire folders as needed.

On an iPhone or iPad, you can find your downloads by opening the "Files" app and navigating to the "On My iPhone" or "On My iPad" section. Then, tap on the "Downloads" folder. From here you can select and delete files.

On a Windows PC, you can typically find the Downloads folder by opening the "This PC" folder, and then selecting the "Downloads" folder from the left-hand sidebar. From here, you can select and delete individual files or entire folders as needed.

On a Mac, you can find your downloads by opening a Finder window, then select "Downloads" folder in the left sidebar or by pressing Shift + Command + L. From there, you can select and delete individual files or entire folders as needed.

Once you've deleted the files from the Downloads folder, they will typically be moved to the trash or recycle bin on your device. You can then empty the trash or recycle bin to permanently delete the files.

Note: It is always recommended to backup important files before performing a delete operation.

Delete unwanted apps and games

There are a few different ways to delete unwanted apps and games from your device, depending on the operating system you're using. Here are a few examples:

On an Android device, you can delete unwanted apps by going to the home screen or app drawer and finding the app icon you want to remove. Then, press and hold the icon until a menu appears. From the menu select the "uninstall" option. You may be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app, at this point select OK.

On an iPhone or iPad, you can delete unwanted apps by pressing and holding the app icon until it starts to wiggle. Then, tap the "X" button that appears on the top-left corner of the app icon. You may be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app, at this point select "Delete"

On a Windows PC, you can delete unwanted apps by going to the Start menu, finding the app in the list of installed programs, right-clicking the app, and selecting "Uninstall". Then follow the prompts to remove the app.

On a Mac, you can delete unwanted apps by opening the Applications folder in Finder, finding the app you want to delete, and dragging it to the Trash. You may be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app, at this point select "Delete"

Please note that deleting an app will also delete all of its data, including saved games or other saved information. Additionally, some apps might have additional options for deleting data or unsubscribing from the app, it's worth to check those options before deleting.
